Last week we headed over to South Beach for a little taste of Miami Swim week! A show we have been wanting to attend for a few years now, to get a taste of the hottest swimwear for the coming season!

It was thanks to Apex Brasil that we were given a great opportunity to join several other international buyers from completely different backgrounds; Dubai, Russia, Chile and the US, and given a great chance to discover the best in Brazilian Swimwear.

Here’s a breakdown of a few of our pieces that we viewed over the three days!

Arrow and Eve

A relatively new brand from L.A, I immediately fell in love with the vibe and style of these reversible bikinis and one-pieces! Awesome cuts, flirty and sexy pieces, but still holding on to the adventure-seeking vibe! Yup, definitely one of my favourites from last week! Take a peek at more on Arrow and Eve.

Acacia

It was pretty much impossible to NOT fall in love with every piece in the new Acacia Swimwear Collection, especially the crochet items! In love with the lipstick colour particularly, all the favourite pieces are still in there, with the addition of some very cute high waisted bottoms that are worth owning at least one of! What can I say, a collection which you want to own EVERY piece! Go look… Acacia.

Boys and Arrows

I’ve been following these guys for a while on Instagram so I was super excited to finally get a look at this very cool swimwear brand, that stand out with their funky designs and youthful vibe. Another one of my favourites for next season! Go take a look at boys and arrows.

Frankies Bikinis

What’s not to love about Frankies? The cutest designs, plenty of crochet detailing, plenty of beautiful prints, and then my very favourite Greer top and and bottom, the hottest basic out there! Love love love. See more at Frankies Bikinis.

Myra Swim

I’m huge fan of many aussie brands, but Myra Swim has to be one of my current faves. Just the perfect example of less is more. The nude colour palettes and simple yet sext cuts mean that everyone should own a few pieces from this brand next season! Check out Myra Swim.

Vix

The brazilian brand that is best know  for their clean, solid colours and high quality swimwear, I was excited to get a peek at their new collection!  Created by designer Paula Hermanny, Vix bikinis and beach dresses have many loyal clients who love the stylish intricate details and fabulous fit.  A tasteful colour palette and designs that would look great on all ages and sizes, the Vix collection will definitely not disappoint you! Though not readily available yet in Europe, these bikinis are become well known across the globe!

So Miami Swim week was an awesome opportunity to catch up with everything that is happening in the swimwear world, I will definitely be back next year for more! Though I might take a few extra days to unwind afterwards!

Thanks to Apex Brasil.
